How long does shipping take for my order?

Orders within West Malaysia typically arrive within 3-5 working days, while East Malaysia and international shipments may take 7-10 working days depending on the courier service.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns for store credit or size exchanges within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page features a detailed size chart. We recommend comparing these measurements to your own body measurements or a similar garment you already own for the best fit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, FPX online banking, and popular e-wallets including GrabPay, Touch 'n Go, and ShopeePay.
